EMS Poster

You are going to create a poster about the Electromagnetic Spectrum. (EMS)

These are the requirements:

  1. You must draw a representation of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS)

  2. You must label all 7 forms of Radiation in the EMS and show the correct approximate location and width on the diagram that each type of radiation takes up.  (In other words, some types take up very little space on the EMS, other take up much more.)

  3. You must show on your diagram how the frequencies, wavelengths and energy levels of radiation change from one end of the EMS to the other
  4. You must give an example of a use for each type of radiation.

  5. You must research one type and write two paragraphs giving more details and uses for the type of radiation you choose.

  6. The poster must be neat, and colorful. You may cut out pictures or draw.

  7. Spelling and grammar count, so look up words at Merriam webster dictionary
